- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to standard
- Maintain an organized cooking station
- Check food quality, portions, and presentation
- Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitary
- Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Work with the kitchen team during busy service
Requirements
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Reliable and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
