Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook with a strong foundation in both Western and Japanese culinary traditions. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes that meet our standard recipes and presentation guidelines. With 2 years of hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, season, and cook a diverse range of Western dishes and Japanese dishes according to established recipes.
• Station Management: Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies and prep work before service.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets strict standards for taste, temperature, and visual presentation.
• Kitchen Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment in compliance with local food safety regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, timely execution of orders during peak hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional cooking experience in hotels/restaurants, specifically handling Western and/or Japanese menus.
• Culinary Skills: Strong knife skills and familiarity with fundamental Western cooking techniques and Japanese techniques.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
