Join Our Team! F&B Kitchen Assistant/Cook Wanted
Work Days: 6 days a week
Work Hours: 8 hours per shift

Main Duties:

• Adhere to company’s SOPs for the cooking of its Western or Asian Cuisine (Wok)
• Prepare and cook food using various cooking methods such as wok-frying, grilling, and deep-frying
• Perform mise en place, goods receiving and storage, where necessary
• Co-coordinate with the other Cooks, as well as the Service Crews, to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders
• Adhere to policies relating to food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Serve as a stand in for cook in other outlets during peak period and emergencies
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Supervisor
