Job Overview

Firehouse Grill is seeking a dependable, motivated Cook to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well as part of a team.

This is an evening position with shifts starting at approximately 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM and ending after kitchen closing duties are completed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
• Assist with food prep and stocking throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently during busy dinner service
• Complete kitchen closing and cleanup duties

Qualifications

• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Schedule

• Part-time
• Evening shifts
• Start time approximately 3:00–4:00 PM
• Shifts end after closing duties are completed
• Approximately 20–25 hours per week
