Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Vegetarian Cook to prepare healthy, hygienic, and tasty vegetarian meals for elderly people and residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh and nutritious vegetarian meals.
• Plan and prepare meals according to dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Purchase and manage basic cooking ingredients as required.
• Prepare snacks for the patients.
• Ensure proper food storage and avoid food wastage.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in vegetarian cooking is required.
• Good knowledge of South Indian vegetarian cuisine.
• Knowledge of preparing healthy meals for elderly people is an advantage.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to prepare food according to individual dietary needs.
