Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning to create diverse and appealing options for guests.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Handle food items with care, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent food service and catering for events.
• Utilize proper knife skills for meal preparation and presentation.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
• Background in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in food handling, preparation, and cooking within the food industry.
• Familiarity with catering services and meal preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of food safety practices.
