Bar.Kor.D is a Korean restaurant, bar, and karaoke venue in Houston. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team.

Position

Cook / Kitchen Staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Handle frying, grilling, stir-frying, and basic food preparation
• Maintain consistent food quality and portion sizes
• Prepare ingredients and complete kitchen prep before and during service
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently during busy hours and communicate with other team members
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant kitchen or cooking experience preferred
• Korean food cooking experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow recipes and instructions consistently
• Must maintain a clean and organized work area
• Must be able to work well as part of a team

Schedule

• Part-time / Full-time availability may be considered
• Evening and late-night availability preferred
• Weekend availability preferred

Pay

$12~15 per hour, depending on experience
