Kitchen Crew

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented Kitchen Crew member to join Hannah Cookies. The Kitchen Crew is responsible for assisting daily kitchen operations, preparing food ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation.
• Cook and prepare menu items according to SOP and recipe standards.
• Ensure food presentation and quality are maintained.
• Keep kitchen area clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Wash kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Assist with stock arrangement and inventory checking.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen team and service crew.
• Support opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Ensure orders are prepared on time during busy hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work in a team.
• Experience in kitchen or F&B is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
