Positions Available:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook our signature burgers and sides to meet our high standards of taste and presentation.
• Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed at all times, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with stock management, ensuring all ingredients are stored correctly and efficiently, and report stock levels when necessary.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including washing dishes, cleaning work areas, and assisting in general kitchen duties.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adapting to high-demand situations while ensuring the quality of food.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A passion for cooking and a strong commitment to delivering excellent food quality.
• Trade Qualification in Commercial Cookery (highly desirable) – this will be considered a key advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in food quality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
