Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, chopping, and measuring according to standardized recipes.
• Cook food using grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment, following approved recipes and plating guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items.

Sanitation & Safety

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift.
• Handle, store, and label food properly to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.

Inventory Management

• Monitor food supplies and assist with inventory rotation following FIFO procedures.
• Notify management of low stock or potential shortages.

Operational Duties

• Set up stations with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment before service.
• Complete basic food prep efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen at all times.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen.
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
