Resolve West Allis is seeking a dependable and experienced Cook to join our dietary team in Wisconsin. This role is responsible for preparing nutritious, high-quality meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and ensuring a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary requirements
• Ensure food is prepared, portioned, and served in a timely manner
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
• Monitor food supplies and notify management of inventory needs
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments
• Accommodate special dietary needs as directed

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required, preferably in healthcare or a skilled nursing setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a current Food Handler’s Card (required)

Position Requirements

• Flexible Schedule: Full Time
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching
