PT Lembah Indah Malang sedang membuka kesempatan bagi profesional yang berpengalaman di bidang kuliner untuk bergabung sebagai Cook.
Kualifikasi:
- Usia maksimal 45 tahun.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang kuliner/restoran/resort.
- Memiliki attitude baik, jujur, dan disiplin.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta dapat bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Mampu menjaga kebersihan area dapur (kitchen hygiene) dan bekerja sesuai standar operasional (SOP).
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Menyiapkan bahan masakan dan mengolah hidangan sesuai standar resep menu resort.
- Menjaga kebersihan, kerapian, dan higienitas seluruh area dapur.
- Mengontrol kualitas serta ketersediaan stok bahan makanan.
