We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cook to prepare quality meals while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to the menu and daily requirements.
• Ensure food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Handle food ingredients and kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and inform management about replenishment needs.
• Follow proper food storage and food safety practices.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and minimise wastage.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook is preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage kitchen tasks efficiently.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
