Cook

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Cook.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef.
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and safe food-handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to the café menu.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Monitor food stock and minimise food wastage.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen and café staff.
