Position: Full Time Home Cook
Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and cooking skills

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full Time Home Cook to manage daily cooking for a family of two. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and be comfortable preparing a variety of delicious, home style meals.

We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of the kitchen, understand food preferences, plan daily meals, and ensure that fresh, tasty food is prepared every day.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner as required.
• Cook a variety of cuisines, including Indian, North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi and basic Chinese.
• Prepare everyday home style meals, including roti, rice, dal, sabzi, curries and other dishes.
• Plan meals based on family preferences and maintain variety in the daily menu.
• Ensure food quality, taste, freshness and consistency.
• Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Manage kitchen ingredients and inform the family about grocery requirements.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and cooked food.
• Take complete ownership of daily kitchen operations and meal preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a home cook or personal cook for a family.
• Good knowledge of Indian cooking and multiple cuisines.
• Ability to prepare delicious, hygienic and nutritious home cooked meals.
• Reliable, disciplined and professional with a positive attitude.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Willingness to work as a full time, live in home cook.
