Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and creativity, following established recipes and standards
• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Assist in meal preparation for daily service, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes
• Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, maintaining a positive dining atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
