Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes, dietary guidelines, and menu plans
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout all food handling and preparation processes
• Support food presentation and plating to enhance visual appeal for fine dining or catering events
• Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions. All food is cooked in the food truck.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings such as catering or food industry operations
• Excellent communication skills for serving guests or coordinating with team members
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry standards, and meal preparation techniques is a plus
