Job SummaryHatrick's Irish Pub is looking for an energetic, reliable, and efficient Line Cook to join our busy sports bar kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bar classics—from wings and burgers to our signature apps and pub specialties—ensuring every plate hits the table hot, fresh, and exactly to spec.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your station, and want to work with an incredible, supportive team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities & Duties

• Food Preparation: Prep and cook menu items quickly and accurately according to our recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Station Management: Set up, stock, and break down kitchen workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure food comes out on time, matches quality guidelines, and is served at the correct temperature.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a spotless and organized work area, adhering strictly to food safety, hygiene, and local health department sanitation standards.
• Inventory & Rotation: Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and kitchen team members to ensure smooth service during peak high-volume rushes.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
