• Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
• Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Inspect suppliers, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
• And any other adhoc duties.

Di Yi F&B is first and foremost a Chinese restaurant that serves food prepared Hong Kong-style. However, we have also gone on to explore different types of cooking including Halal, western, and vegetarian to name a few. Since 2006, we have opened two outlets that allow us to share our dishes with a greater number of people. Despite catering to two different markets, the dedication we put in creating our dishes remain the same in both stores.

To add to the quality and value of our food, we put importance in the freshness of the ingredients that we use. We avoid using items that have very high amounts of preservatives and food-coloring, ensuring that you are able to fully enjoy the innate and intended flavors of each cuisine.
