About Solero Behavioral Transitions

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains rotating menu and orders supplies within established budgets.
• Ensures proper storage, labeling, and dating of food per guidelines.
• Monitors HACCP programs, checks food temperatures, and maintains sanitation and food safety practices.
• Prepares meals according to the menu cycle, emphasizing attractiveness and taste.
• Interacts with patients and staff, modeling customer service.
• Assists in cleaning, ensures staff follows cleaning schedules, and maintains equipment.
• Makes dietary staff schedules, ensuring snacks align with resident preferences and physician orders.
• Practices safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
• Coaches and trains dietary staff.

Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience combination.
• Must be 21 yrs or older.

License:

• Food Safe Certification by opening.
