About the Role

SEAD Realty Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and responsible Site Cook, preferably a couple, to manage daily cooking and basic cleaning at our project site in Mahendragarh. The role involves preparing meals for employees and personnel staying at the site, as well as serving clients and visitors during site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh and hygienic breakfast, lunch, and dinner for personnel staying at the site.
• Prepare meals, tea, and refreshments for clients and visitors as required.
• Plan daily menus and manage food preparation according to the number of people present.
• Handle basic cleaning and upkeep of the kitchen, dining area, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cooking and dining areas.
• Manage groceries, kitchen supplies, and food storage, and inform management about replenishment requirements.
• Ensure timely meal preparation and maintain food quality.
• Minimize food wastage and follow basic food safety practices.
• Assist with basic household and site-kitchen upkeep as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a residential, guesthouse, or site-based setting.
• Ability to prepare everyday Indian meals.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to manage cooking and basic cleaning independently.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible with a disciplined approach to work.
• Willingness to reside at the project site in Mahendragarh.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A couple is preferred, with one person primarily responsible for cooking and the other assisting with basic cleaning and general upkeep.
• Both candidates should be responsible, cooperative, and comfortable working in a site-based environment.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
