Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Breakfast Cook to join our team at a fast-paced, high-volume breakfast spot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, made-to-order breakfast items quickly and consistently while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization. This role requires the ability to work efficiently during busy morning hours, follow food safety guidelines, and work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, sandwiches, and platters
• Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency
• Set up and stock cooking stations before service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (ServSafe standards preferred)
• Manage multiple orders at once in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning at the end of shift

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or grill experience preferred (breakfast experience is a plus)
• Ability to work early morning shifts (as early as 6:00 AM)
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and speed
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Food safety knowledge required (ServSafe certification preferred)
