Join our team at Pips Pub. We are a small mom and pop shop and run a small team in a high volume tightly knit environment. We're looking for someone that takes direction well and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Support menu planning by preparing components needed for daily service and special events
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
• Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and efficient service delivery

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations related to safety and sanitation
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
