Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cook to join our team in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and standards, operating kitchen equipment safely, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires a passion for food preparation, excellent food service experience, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Duties

• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens safely and efficiently.
• Prepare food items in accordance with standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Cook food items, including organized chicken preparations, ensuring consistency and timely service.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards, including cleaning fryers and workstations regularly.
• Assist with food service operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during busy hours.
• Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company policies throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior food preparation and cooking experience in a quick service restaurant or similar setting.
• Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in food quality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep work areas clean and sanitized.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
