What they need
Fifth City Preschool is in search of a cook who is able to work from 6:00 a.m. till 2:30 p.m (time may be longer on days the food trucks comes).
1.We ask that employees have an High school diploma or equivalent.
Food preparation experience or training
Able to read and follow standardized recipes
Have a Food Service Manager Certification
Pass a physical examination that will require lifting up to 25+ lbs.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, teachers, and co-workers.
Ability to accurately count and record food items
Ability to apply principles of quantity food production, including batch cooking, safe food handling, and HACCP ( Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.05 - $19.00 per hour
