Fouris Group Hospitality Ltd. is proud to be opening a brand-new Denny's Restaurant in Regina. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and hardworking Cooks who are passionate about food quality and guest satisfaction.

Position Summary

As a Cook, you will prepare and present Denny's menu items according to brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert menu items according to Denny's recipes and specifications.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Properly operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean workstation.
• Monitor food inventory and minimize waste.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is considered an asset but is not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Food Safe Certification is an asset.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
