Rosco’s Pizza is looking for a reliable, hardworking Cook to join our team!

We’re all about quality and quantity, handcrafting great food and serving up gourmet burgers & pizzas and more. We need someone who can keep up with a fast-paced service while maintaining high standards and taking pride in every plate.

THE ROLE

Your main focus will be cooking and preparing our gourmet burgers during busy service, helping ensure every order goes out hot, fresh and to the standard our customers expect.

You’ll also lend a hand with kitchen duties and help keep everything running smoothly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a kitchen is essential, but the right attitude is just as important.
• Confidence cooking burgers on a flat-top griddle.
• Someone who can work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality food.
• Someone reliable, organised and willing to get stuck in.
• A good understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Primarily cooking and assembling our gourmet burgers.
• Maintaining a clean, organised workstation as its an open kitchen.
• Assisting with other kitchen duties.
• Keeping up with orders during busy services.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Working closely with the team to deliver great food and great service.

Location: Rosco’s Pizza Tavistock Devon pl19 8dg
Hours: 15+ hours a week. wednesday-saturday evenings approx 5-530pm start 830-930pm finish.
Pay: £12.71 + tips and free meal when on shift
