Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking, with a keen interest in providing the nutritional needs of our Residents, making sure that they retain as much of their personal preferences as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals, as per the menu options
• Bake to provide a selection of cakes
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards within the kitchen environment to preserve our 5-star rating
• Complete required daily cleaning tasks
• Place weekly meat order with butchers and twice weekly orders with our wholesaler
• Monitor stock in the pantry and all fridges and freezers
• Work alongside the Kitchen Assistant on duty
• Take part in Staff meetings and attend training sessions when requested
• Observe the Company's Health & Safety policy at all times
• Carry out duties with regard to the Company's Fire Regulations policy
• Part-time Contract, minimum of 15 hours per week
• Enhanced pay for weekends and Bank Holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.86 per hour
