Salvatore's Hospitality is one of Western New York's best-known hospitality groups, home to Italian Prime, Perla, The Chandelier Bar, The Delavan Hotel & Spa, and a busy banquet, wedding and catering operation at 6461 Transit Rd in Depew. We're looking for full-time cooks who take pride in great food and want to grow with a team that cooks for everything from a Friday night dinner rush to a 300-guest wedding.

What you'll do:

• Prep and cook menu items across our kitchens, including Italian Prime (steakhouse and Italian), Perla (brick-oven pizza and seafood), and The Chandelier Bar

• Prepare and plate banquet, wedding and catering orders to our recipes and presentation standards

• Set up, stock and break down your station each shift

• Keep your station clean, organized and in line with food-safety and sanitation rules

• Communicate with chefs, servers and fellow cooks to get food out on time and done right

What we're looking for:

• Kitchen or line-cook experience preferred; banquet or high-volume experience is a plus

• Available full-time, including days and weekends

• Reliable, on time and a strong team player

• Able to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
