COOK

Dhaba Restaurant in Innaloo WA need a full-time cook with relevant qualification and experience to join our team and commence work soonest possible.

We are looking for someone who meets the following expectations:

• Preferably (not necessarily) an Australian citizen/permanent resident
• Possesses an Australian Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Has worked for 1 years as a cook/chef in restaurants offering Indian cuisine
• Has a high standard of food presentation and takes pride in his/her culinary skills
• Has supervisory/management skills to manage the kitchen staff
• Has a passion for producing quality food to meet customer demand
• Experience in controlling food costs and portions
• Be available for work on most days, including weekends
• Be able to communicate with suppliers to place orders for food supplies
• Fanatical about a tidy and clean hygienic kitchen and ensures food safety requirements are maintained
• Has a happy personality that is maintained under pressure
• Be a team player and has long-term intention to work with us
