Duties

• Prepare and cook meals
• Follow recipes, portion guidance, and food safety and sanitizing procedures throughout food preparation and service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely; maintain strong knife skills and handle ingredients carefully.
• Support food production, meal preparation, and menu planning based on restaurant needs.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for service. Your impact: Consistent, safely prepared meals help guests enjoy their dining experience with confidence.

Skills

• Essential: Cooking, food preparation, food handling, food safety, recipe adherence, and ability to follow sanitizing procedures.
• Essential: Kitchen, restaurant, food service, or culinary experience; familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and knife skills.
• Knowledge of food production and the food industry is an asset.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 30.0 per week
