Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Membantu Cook/Chef dalam proses persiapan dan pengolahan bahan makanan.
- Melakukan mise en place sesuai kebutuhan operasional kitchen.
- Menyiapkan, membersihkan, memotong, menimbang, dan menyimpan bahan baku sesuai standar.
- Membantu proses produksi makanan sesuai resep dan standar kualitas GalaRasa.
- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja, peralatan, dan kitchen selama operasional.
- Membantu proses stock opname dan memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku.
- Menerapkan standar kebersihan, sanitasi, keamanan pangan, dan keselamatan kerja.
- Membantu pekerjaan kitchen lainnya sesuai arahan atasan.
