Jobdesk :
- Menyiapkan bahan makanan sesuai SOP (washing, cutting, peeling, dan portioning).
- Membantu Chef/Cook dalam proses memasak dan penyajian makanan.
- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja serta peralatan dapur.
- Menyimpan bahan makanan sesuai standar food safety dan sistem FIFO
Persyaratan :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
- Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman di bidang F&B menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan ditempatkan di Mapogu Coffee & Eatery.
