Cook Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated cook to join our team and prepare exceptional dishes in alignment with food safety standards and our culinary vision. The ideal candidate will be able to execute menu items with precision, maintain an organized and efficient workstation, and support fellow cooks as needed. You will also help ensure storerooms and refrigeration areas remain clean and well-kept.

Success in this role means being adaptable with a wide range of cooking methods, consistently delivering high-quality dishes, and balancing multiple orders without sacrificing quality.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Act in alignment with the mission and core values of Sauvage.
• Adhere to all restaurant policies, standards, procedures, and training programs.
• Consistently prepare and serve food in accordance with recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standards.
• Prepare and cook complete meals as well as individual dishes.
• Assist in overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
• Learn conservation practices, and the preservation of wild foods.

Job Type: Full-time
