Position Purpose: Responsible for performing basic coking tasks such as preparing ingredients, cooking food according to recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your ability to work efficiently, maintain a positive attitude, and collaborate with team members is key to ensuring satisfaction. Your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be essential in this role. Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available. The hourly rate is between $23.00 - $28.00 depending on experience.

• Communicates regularly with supervisor about department issues
• Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
• Maintains confidentiality of all data
• Meets department productivity standards
• Training in culinary arts school or apprenticeship with professional chefs, 3-5 years of relevant professional cooking experience
• In-depth professional knowledge and skills in food preparation, cooking and presentation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Always provide superior service to guests, members and team at all times
2. Produce all necessary food for operation as determined by culinary management team
3. Ensure ordering for food station is adequate and inform Kitchen Manager immediately of product shortages
4. Maintain the highest of quality in all aspects, from freshness of product, to product presentation
5. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and designated station
6. Prepare a wide variety of dishes
7. Comply with established internal and local health and safety procedures and codes
8. The proper use, operation and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
9. The proper use of all production lists and control systems/activities
10. Adhere to all standards and policies established by management team
11. Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
12. Promptly reports equipment and food quality problems to Kitchen Manager
13. Uses our Standard Recipe Card for preparing all products
14. Performs any additional duties as assigned by supervisor
