The team behind Kinjo brings a unique vision to the city’s restaurant scene, offering itameshi-style cuisine, which combines traditional Italian recipes with Japanese ingredients and techniques. Guests can expect handmade pasta, delicate crudo and an impressive beverage program featuring Italian and French wines, premium sake, and alcohol-free options
.Our Ideal Candidate:
Will execute the menu to the specifications of the Chef
Feels confident speaking to guests
Has proficient experience in a professional kitchen
Willingness to learn new techniques and cuisine
Works well with their team
Is reliable and dependable
Has food handlers certification
Ability to maintain a clean and organized station
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
