Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and company requirements.
• Ensure food quality, taste, portion, and presentation are consistent.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Prepare ingredients, store food properly, and monitor stock to minimise wastage.
• Follow kitchen SOPs and safety procedures while supporting daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook, Kitchen Crew, Food Production Operator, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment will be an advantage but not necessary.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food hygiene.
• Able to work Overtime (OT) when required
