Job Description

The Cape Brazilian Grill, a growing family-owned Brazilian steakhouse in Cape Coral, is hiring a Cook / Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team.

This is a kitchen position focused on food preparation, line cooking, meat preparation, and grilling. Whether you already have kitchen experience or are eager to learn, we provide hands-on training and an opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, team-oriented, and ready to grow with us.

Spanish speaking preferred. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen prep, line cooking, and food preparation
• Prepare, season, portion, and cook meats to restaurant standards
• Support daily kitchen production and back-of-house operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures
• Work closely with the team to ensure quality and timely service
• Help with general kitchen responsibilities as needed

Schedule

• 20–30 hours per week
• Two days off per week
• Flexible schedule may be required during busy periods
