- Carry out instruction given out by the Chef.
- Follow the Kitchen SOP.
- Control and maintain food quality.
- Ensure upmost hygiene condition of the kitchen.
- Follow instruction pertaining to proper handling of equipments and its safety rules.
- Churn out customer’s order for the kitchen.
- Ensure quality check on products from the kitchen.
- Monitor freezer stock and report to Chef.
- Practice “First in, First out” method.
