Cook (On-Call / Fulltime)

Job Overview

We are building our pool of On-Call/fulltime Cook to support daily kitchen operations, banquet functions, and special events. Selected candidates will be contacted and scheduled based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks as assigned.
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, cutting, and portioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices are followed.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team during peak service periods and special events.
• Wash kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen sanitation is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-call, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Willing to be assigned to Mandaue City or Lahug, Cebu City based on operational requirements.

Working Conditions

• On-call employment; work schedule will depend on business and event requirements.
• May be assigned to hotel, restaurant, banquet, or catering operations.
• Requires prolonged standing, lifting, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
