Bubba's Gas & Grill is looking for Cooks to assist with prep work and running the line, both for

Our Shift times are:

6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
10:30 AM - 4:30 PM

About Us

Bubba's is a new breakfast and lunch restaurant located in a renovated, classic gas station in Blowing Rock. The restaurant is casual, stylized much like a diner, and leans into Blowing Rock roots. We specialize in smashburgers and classic short order food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes.
• Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality in every plate served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
• Support the team with food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is preferred, but not required!
• Availability 12-40 hours weekly.
• Valid drivers license and vehicle.
