Cook / Baker – Prep Team Member

We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat Cook/Baker who loves working with fresh, wholesome ingredients and takes pride in creating food that makes people feel good. This role keeps our kitchen running smoothly and our menu stocked with all the fresh goodness that powers our bowls, salads, and snacks!

What You’ll Do:

Daily Prep & Freshness

• Wash, chop, and portion fresh produce for our salad bar and bowls each morning
• Mix, season, and prepare house-made recipes such as soups, burritos, and avocado mash

Baking & Batch Prep

• Mix and bake muffins, roll energy bites, and prep other grab-and-go items
• Follow recipes accurately — must be able to read and measure ingredients precisely
• Maintain consistency, flavor, and presentation for all baked and prepared food
• Kitchen Operations & Cleanliness
• Keep your workstation and prep area clean, organized, and food-safe at all times
• Label, date, and rotate ingredients for freshness and safety
• Manage prep tasks efficiently — strong time management skills are a must
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and light dishwashing as needed
