Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols
• Support the team during busy service periods by stepping in to cook or assist with meal assembly
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and clients
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Serve meals efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a residential setting or similar.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Strong kitchen experience with familiarity in meal preparation techniques
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holiday cover.
