BBQ-K Springvale is a Korean BBQ Cuisine located in the heart of Springvale, Victoria. Specializing in authentic Korean dishes with various Asian cuisine combinations

We are seeking a passionate experienced cook to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial kitchens preferably with the expertise to contribute to the menu and kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to provided recipes.

• Oversee kitchen staffs and ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

• Involve in menu developing and creating.

• Ordering, stock control and rotation(FIFO).

• Must know how to maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the restaurant management team.

This position requires:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar rolls or in hospitality environment.

• Have a right to work in Australia

• must be fully available over a 7-day roster and able to work for 5 days weekly shifts including weekends

• Be able to work under pressure and team player

• Have a strong communication skills and show attention to details

• Relocate or commute yourself
