70% of our menu is breakfast orientated - so having the ability to organise and put together all the various elements of a fantastic quality breakfast , whilst keeping calm under immense pressure of an extremely busy kitchen are vital.

We open daytime hours only, and close at 2.30pm, so it's a chefs dream to get evenings off.

Working in a small, fun, chilled out team, we expect everything from cooking traditional dishes, organising and cooking specials and presenting buffets for corporate events from all the team. We cater for lots of additional outside contracted events so experience in banqueting and events is an advantage

Food and hygiene certification must be up to date.

You must have experience in working in busy kitchens. This is a very high paced environment and all the team pull together at the same speed.
