Cook/Chef

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. We can offer 40+ hours with plenty of overtime during busy weeks. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with meal preparation during busy periods
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
