About the role

Dhaba Innaloo is seeking a talented fulltime cook to join our team in Perth WA 6000. In this crucial role, you will play a key part in preparing and delivering delicious Indian cuisine to our customers. As an experienced cook, you will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing high-quality Indian dishes to our exacting standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Providing guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a cook or chef in an Indian restaurant or similar establishment
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
