Cookercise Boxing class instructor lead fun, interactive fitness and healthy cooking experiences that inspire people to move, cook and life healthier

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide group boxing nd cookercise sessions, combining movement with practical meal preparation demonstrations.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper biomechanics and body mechanics, ensuring safety and correct form for all participants.
• Provide motivational coaching, monitor participants’ physiology and fitness responses, and offer modifications as needed.
• Manage session logistics, including equipment setup, class flow, and timely transitions between activities.
• Incorporate nutrition-focused cooking tips and meal-prep skills to reinforce class objectives.
• Maintain first aid readiness, uphold hygiene standards, and document participant progress as appropriate.
• 1 Shift Meal will be included each day you work

Pay: $50.00 per hour
