Cook/Food Prep

• Assist in the preparation and production of food items serving Swing Kings range and bar clients.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of food.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Skills Required

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning food items.
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, be reliable, and have a positive attitude.
