Cookie Decorator

Cookiedoodle Shop is looking for a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Cookie Decorator to join our team. This position is responsible for decorating custom sugar cookies, preparing icing, maintaining quality standards, and helping create beautiful desserts that exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Decorate butter cream and royal icing sugar cookies according to company designs and customer orders.
• Pipe, flood, detail, and finish cookies with clean, professional results.
• Mix and color to company standards.
• Prepare cookies for decorating, packaging, and display.
• Assist with seasonal designs, holiday collections, and special orders.
• Package cookies carefully to maintain presentation and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary decorating station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Help with baking, prepping, and other bakery duties as needed.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
• Work efficiently during busy holiday and event seasons.

Qualifications

• Previous cookie decorating or bakery experience necessary.
• Artistic eye and attention to detail.
• Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
